All pastries and jams are prepared on-site using ingredients sourced from carefully selected local producers.
Free-range eggs, and typical cold cuts and cheeses from Liguria and Garfagnana complete a buffet focused on quality, naturalness, and sustainability.
We select suppliers who follow genuine organic practices and perform strict quality controls, ensuring a reliable and unique culinary experience.

- The breakfast room is open from 6:30 to 11:00.
- Breakfast in the room, with a selection of tastings, is available for an additional €15. Please request it the day before and indicate your preferred time.
- For non-resident guests, breakfast is available at €20 per person, by reservation at 0187 967124.
- If you have specific dietary needs, such as gluten-free options or other preferences, please let us know: we will be happy to prepare what you wish.
